In consideration of receiving the online training, and getting all course-related material, I hereby agree and acknowledge that any information related to the course belongs to Sweet Makeup Artistry LLC. In consideration of receiving the proprietary information of the Online Course and related course material, I declare that:

 

1. I am purchasing the Online Training for my own personal benefit and no one else.
 

 

2. I have not been asked by anyone else to purchase Online Training for their benefit.
 

 

3. I will NOT record any of the Zoom calls.

 

 

4. I will not discuss or share any of the tactics, tips, or information given to me during or after the duration of this course in any form without written permission from Sweet Makeup Artistry LLC.

5. I understand that should I intentionally or unintentionally disclose, share, or train others with the information containing or referencing to any of the content or materials related to the Online Course without being authorized by Sweet Makeup Artistry LLC in writing to do so, that I am both personally and financially responsible for their Online Course fees as well of any subsequent individuals who in turn are given any of the content of the related course material.


In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, I agree that Sweet Makeup Artistry LLC may notify any third party of the existence of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Sweet Makeup Artistry LLC shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach including, but not limited to, the relief outlined in paragraph five (5) above.

6. I understand that do to the nature of this course, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
